I’m trying to. It’s the weather that’s not cooperating. I put a space heater on it last night and this morning and it’s wrapped in my wool coat so hopefully that will help keep it insulated and slow down any temperature swings.
Hopefully I won’t have to repitch the yeast.

Have you tried a brew belt to keep it warm?
I’d have to buy one, but that may be a good solution.
