Thoughts on Ecclesiastes 11 & 12
11:1 "Cast your bread upon the waters, for after many days you will find it again." Uhhh? Will it be soggy? What does this mean?
12:13-14 "Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man, For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil." Is this also meaningless? How can everything be meaningless if God will bring every deed into judgment? Unless God's judgment is also meaningless? What gives, Solomon?
