Last night I dreamt that I was using Google earth. I started out looking at a map of the world, and then zoomed in on the US, and then focused on the Ohio River valley…only I was looking at lower Michigan and upper Indiana. I was interested in how the land sloped towards the great lakes (I don’t know if it actually does this or not).
Anyway, then I decided to zoom in on a city…someplace near Fort Wayne…only I was told it was Indianapolis. I wasn’t using a computer though; I was just flying in toward the city. Streets & over passes slowly appeared along with lots of really cool tall buildings. The whole time I was gripping a white tattered string that was attached to an even more tattered and ragged kite, which just looked like a bunch of ripped white fabric in the air. On the tattered sting was a lever with a negative sign and a plus sign on it. Moving the lever up toward the negative sign made me fly higher and the down to the plus sign made me move lower.
I was flying between buildings and over freeways. It was so exhilarating. Then I noticed a large storm blowing in. The wind was really intense, and hindered my flying a bit. Then in the distance I saw three tornadoes ripping through the city. I remember saying a prayer for my uncle who lives in Indianapolis, that he and his family would be safe in the storm.
Finally one of the tornadoes came near me. I tried to fly away from it, but it just kept coming closer. And it was laughing at me, saying it was going to get me. It finally caught my kite and tore it up. This didn’t scare me, rather it just irritated me. I’m not sure what happened after that. I must have just transitioned into the next dream.
