Closing day
Today at 2:00 pm today a bank is buying a house in bayview. At just about that exact same time, Anne and I are going enormously into debt and then we get to live in the house that the bank owns.
We are pretty excited, we have our car all packed up with tools and boxes already and we’re heading over there right after the closing to trash the place, tear up carpet and etc.
Welcome to the wonderful world of home ownership! There is going to be hard work ahead, but you will enjoy and take pride in what you have done. Congrats!
